Tallie Gabriel, AEA, is a Las Vegas-raised, New York-based actor and writer, represented by literary agent Alyssa Jennette of Stonesong Literary Agency. She graduated from New York University's Tisch School Of The Arts, where she studied at The Meisner Studio, the International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam, and Stonestreet Studios. She is currently a member of InViolet Theatre Company.
Tallie travels as much as possible and is an amateur cellist in her spare time. She runs a travel blog, Tallie Somewhere Else, and makes personalized metal-stamped necklaces, available at necklacesforchange.org

SEPTEMBER 2017: Tallie her work with Lia Romeo's WHAT HAPPENED as part of the Rising Sun Theatre Company's residency on Governor's Island.
AUGUST 2017: Tallie is beginning filming the feature ESCAPE FROM CAMP DREAM WEAVER, written by playwright and Managing Director of Bedlam Theatre Kimberly Pau. She also filmed a music video for the band Deep Sea Brain.
MAY 2017: Tallie is playing Jenna, the lead in Lia Romeo's WHAT HAPPENED at the Project Y Women in Theatre Festival, Saturday June 3 at 3pm.
Jenna and Kate are best friends . . . until one drunken night, Kate ends up in the bathroom with Derek, the guy Jenna has a crush on. Afterwards, Kate says she was raped, while Derek claims it was consensual. What Happened examines sexual violence, rape culture, and the unclear boundaries that come with being a teenager . . . or just with being a human being.
FEBRUARY 2017: On March 30th, Tallie will be in two one act plays in InViolets' 2017 One Night Stand series, THE POST-IT PLAYS.
NOVEMBER 2016: Tallie will be in a reading of Karina Richardson's Scrooge and Her Ghosts as a fundraiser for InViolet Theatre. Richardson redefines the classic Christmas tale with a futuristic, feminist twist.
OCTOBER 2016: Tallie is beyond thrilled to announce her YA fiction literary representation with Alyssa Jennette of Stonesong Literary Agency! She cannot wait to further the journey with her first novel, M, while continuing to write her second, A Girl Named Jack.
AUGUST 2016: Tallie accepted a job as the stage manager and u/s Reagan for BEDLAM's workshop of King Lear this fall. She'll receive her Equity card in the process.
AUGUST 2016: Tallie had an amazing time on retreat with InViolet Theater in the Catskills. 9 New Plays were workshopped, and she was especially challenged diving into the lead role of Richard Etchison's Blur, inspired by the true events of This American Life's Anatomy of a Doubt podcast. It was an immensely inspiring, creatively invigorating and enriching four days.
JULY 2016: Tallie is filming episode 104 of Discovery ID's Deadliest Decade, the role of Nancy Kane. She can't wait for her first TV experience!
MAY 2016: Tallie was honored to represent BEDLAM at the 2016 Obie Awards, where the company was awarded a grant for their production of Sense and Sensibility.
MARCH 2016: Tallie has been cast in InViolet Theatre's Marry. F*ck. Kill plays, a new works showcase that will take place in April. Tallie will be seen in "Wait, are you...?", a two-person play written by Bernardo Cubria. InViolet has created some of the most exciting new plays she's seen in the city, and she is honored to work with such talented, passionate artists.
FEBRUARY 2016: Tallie has finished the first draft of her first YA novel, currently titled M, and is seeking literary representation while editing.
JANUARY 2016: Tallie has been cast as First Witch / Apparition in the Oxford Shakespeare Company's workshop production of Macbeth this coming spring. She will rehearse in Edinburgh, Scotland, before performing at the site of the famed battle at Birnam Wood. She is thrilled to have another opportunity to act and train while traveling- her greatest passions combined! The production will be directed by Ron Song Destro.
OCTOBER 2015: Tallie is very excited to be learning more about the film and TV world, and working in the middle of it as a Casting Intern to Matthew Maisto, CSA.
AUGUST 2015: Tallie has finished a six week intensive at Stonestreet Studios Film Conservatory, where she took classes with Ted Sluberski, Ellen Parks, and Gil Zabarsky, among other industry professionals. During this time she was showcased for multiple casting directors.
